 16km open for skiing
30km open for snowshoeing 2" of new snow and it is VERY STICKY! The temperature is already pushing up over freezing which has made this new powder quite sticky. If you are skiing on waxless skis, you will need some sort of prep wax, either Maxiglide or F4. Malcolm is out grooming, but he is struggling to keep the snow from clumping. He'll be flattening skate lanes but not touching the tracks he set yesterday. He says they are just clogging up, so he'll leave them alone. Tonight is our last night ski of the season. Once we hit Daylight Savings Time our days get too long to keep going into the night so this is it. Tickets go on sale tonight at 5:15. the lights turn on at 5:30-8:30.
