I'm getting a few emails from folks wondering about when we typically open. The straight answer - there is no typical any more. Changes in climate here in the southern climes of northern New England means that those early December snows we got when we were kids don't seem to happen as often as they used to. Maybe it's a memory thing, but I'm pretty sure those December storms are a little bit leaner than they used to be. Either way, memory or weather patterns, it's a sad state of affairs. However, we know winter is right around the corner. Today's snow reminds us of that. We are working hard to get the last bits done so that the minute we have enough snow on the ground to run a groomer around, we will open for skiing. It's anybody's guess when that may happen but when it does, I will post it here, on Instagram and Facebook. I'll also send out a news blast to our newsletter mailing list. If you want to get that message, go here and ask to be added to the newsletter. We don't send out a lot of messages, so when you do get an email from us, it's something we think you will want to know. While you are here, you might want to check out the deals we have on season passes and discount coupon books - here. While they last.... prices are the lowest of the season until the first of December then they change. Until then, keep the faith, get ready because winter is just around the corner.
