Today might be a nice day to sit on the bench and contemplate how nice the view of the top of Magic is.

We will be open today at 9am. We'll stay open to around 3-3:30. This is totally weather dependent. If the next weather system looks like it will be coming in earlier than expected we will be sending folks home a little early to get everyone home safely. Otherwise, we will be here in the shop all day. 

2+ inches of new snow and a little bit of a crust and a little drizzle (more of a heavy mist at 9am)  will make for an ok day. This is a fine morning to go out for a bit of fresh air. We will not be grooming so that we don't pack this down solid. Right now it's too soft to do anything more than ruin what we have.  
We will have only the core trails and the red snowshoe trail open for skiing and snowshoeing today.
