It's official, we've traveled back to the 80's

Open today with 27km for skiing both classic and skate. 31km for snowshoeing. No fat bikes today it is very soft still.  Malcolm groomed last night and is out again this morning laying down sweet tracks and a nice skate lane. It's going to be a perfectly fabulous day.

So what does it mean, we've traveled back to the 80's? When I first started working at Viking, it seemed like every day was a perfectly beautiful day. The skiing was always great, the snow was always perfect and there was so much of it. We are entering three solid weeks of perfectly lovely cross country skiing. We have had such a run. Now, like the 80's we know it won't last forever, so don't waffle. Get out your long boards and come skiing. If you need rentals, we've got them. You can hit the trails and experience the absolute best of Vermont winter.
