14km open for skiing
30 km open for snowshoeing
All Blue and Green trails on the west side of Boynton Rd and Loki's Lookout across Boynton Rd are open for skiing. We're skiing on a lovely packed and groomed powder. It's been cold enough that it is still a little soft. Folks skate skied yesterday and said while it was still soft, it was very nice skiing. Today would be a nice day for a picnic out at the little cabin.

We are still waging a war against water in some spots. Thor's Run is closed because the pernicious waterhole is leaking thorough again. Otherwise, it's a stalemate. Some places are holding while others are still peeking through. In those cases we are snowshoeing only on those trails unless we feel that skiers can navigate around the spots. What we need is a good chill down, which may come tomorrow night.
