A squishy day with wet spring-like snow

We are open today from 9-4:30
17km of trails open for skiing - classic will be best
30km open for snowshoeing.

It's drizzly this morning, but that is expected to end soon. We won't be grooming today, it's just too wet. We got a good inch and a half of new snow before the rain, so there's a layer of soft wet snow on top of everything. The snow is going to be soft and wet all day today which isn't bad to ski on, but it can get a little glazed in the tracks. Experienced skiers really like that because it releases any suction and lets your skis slide nicely.  Things are expected to get colder later tonight, then we'll groom again and be back to colder winter snow for a bit before it all warms up again.
