snow grooming up nicely 12/28/2024

32 degrees this morning at 7 am, rising to upper 30's/low 40's this afternoon.  We'll have 15k of trail open today for skiing, the inner trails and the Beaver Pond area.  The snow will be faster that the last few days this morning with the snow softening and slowing down during the day.  The forecast is iffy the next few days, today would be a great day to go for a long trek and earn the possible rest days coming up.  

The cafe will be open with grilled sandwiches, hot soup, warm drinks and the sandwich of the day: Grilled PB and Bananas!  The ski shop has the extras you need for a day of skiing: ski & snowshoe rentals, hat, socks, and of course Sweet on Vermont Chocolate.
