Marvelous Monday, Feb 10

Viking Nordic has been getting some great reviews online, and often the staff gets a shout out.  I couldn't agree more - yesterday we all had fun grooming, assisting in the shop, teaching lessons, serving up yummy food in the Cafe, AND each of us got out and enjoyed the beautiful trail conditions! I took todays photo on Thor's Run as the fresh snow cascaded out of the trees.
Grooming continues today - yesterday some of the trails simply got rolled and packed.  Today Steve will groom and set track on as much of the 22k as he can.  Classic skiing and snowshoeing are probably still the best options with this lovely soft snow.
