In the wee hours of grooming

Boy, it was chilly this morning. But, oh, so peaceful and beautiful. This owl greeted me as I crested Loki's Lookout  on my way down to River Run. Those trails are really setting up nicely. Our Inner Trails all got their skate lanes refreshed. We still don't have enough snow depth to make resetting classic tracks regularly a good idea, but yesterday's tracks are still in good shape.

Coming up this Saturday night, we'll have our lights on from 5-8pm for skiing and snowshoeing. Talk about a quintessential Vermont winter event! It looks to be cool, but not too cold - we'll have our fire pit and warming hut ready for you. We've had a blast with our Nordic Nights events so far this winter, with good vibes and festiveness coming out of our tail feathers. We look forward to seeing you.
