Fri Dec 6:Another Beautiful Powder Day

12/6/2024

PictureFriday Morning Dec 6 More Powder
Another inch of new powder overnight to go with the 4" we received yesterday.   The added depth is helping to smooth out some of the lumps.  There is a beautiful blue sky,  a beautiful day for skiing or snowshoeing.

All the Inner trails have been groomed for skate and classic (track set).  They look great but snow depth  is still 'early season'.  There occasionally are exposed dirt, roots, and rocks.  Steve groomed and set tracks on the Roundabout loop and then groomed the Boynton trail and recrossed the road to groom and  set tracks through the fields and out to Loki's.  For now you'll cross the road and ski Boynton trail to access the fields, River loop, and Loki's due to a timber harvest closing down Pines and Helga's.   The Beaver Pond and Odin's area is rolled but needs a few more inches to be fully groomed.  That area is a bit more like backcountry skiing.

It's Day 7 of the '24-'25 season.  Does a Season Pass makes sense for you?  Come ski.
