We got our dream of a White Christmas!
Viking received a bit more than 2 inches of snow, we're open for skiing (ungroomed snow) and for snowshoeing on our Inner Trails. Come try out our brand new fleet of rentals from Dion Snowshoes and check out our brand new additional snow shoe-only trail. We now have 3 snowshoe only trails and allow snowshoeing on our ski trails. Our shop will be open 12pm-8pm for those that need to do some Christmas shopping. We have gifts no matter how much you're looking to spend, from Vermont treats for stocking stuffers, to Swiz hats, gloves, ski shirts, vests and wax, to gift certificated for any amount including enough to give someone the full Viking Nordic experience: trail pass, rentals, lessons, and lunch! Our Christmas Eve campfire kicks off at 5pm, cafe will be open with s’mores kits, hot drinks, and cookies! With the new snow the trails look like something right out of a Vermont winter storybook. It's a great way to kick off your families' Christmas celebration and is quickly becoming a Viking Nordic Center tradition. Please join us. Viking Nordic Center is hoping Santa brings us a few more staff members.
