Best skiing conditions of the season! 18k!

taken 1/30/25: Best Ski Conditions of the Season!

We got about 5" of new snow yesterday.  It started as light fluffy powder and ended with several inches of snow with more body.  This allowed us to groom and open more trail: all of Boynton Run, giving a continuous skiing path from the inner trails down to Secret Meadows & Loki's. Additionally Roundabout and now the Beaver Pond loop are groomed and where possible tracked, 18k total.  We still need more snow to open Odin's and Ridge Run. Pines and Helga's remain closed to due a landowner timber harvest.

It will be a great day to ski, these really are the best conditions we've had this season.  Temps are expected to rise to 25 F.  With fresh snow it should be a great day for classic skiing. The skate deck may be a little soft, but is setting up nicely.
Our cafe will have homemade carrot ginger soup, grilled sandwiches, hot drinks, and more. The ski shop has the rentals, accessories, gloves, and hats you need for a great ski day.


​Our next Nordic Nights will be Saturday February 8th.  The following weekend we'll have a rare Friday night Feb 14 Valentine's Day Nordic Nights, a special memory-creator date night!  We'll also open for Nordic Nights Saturday 2/15 and Sunday 2/16.  Make plans now for holiday weekend Nordic Nights!
