1/24 trail report (+ Nordic Cafe Open Today!)

Despite the extreme cold we will be open today (1/24) for skiing and snowshoeing 9am-4pm!

The current temp at 7am is -8F and the high is only 2F,  so please be careful and  dress in layers when you come out to play in the snow! Exposed skin is dangerous in these temperatures, a buff or neck gator goes a long way!

 Warm up post ski or snowshoe with hot soup, grilled cheese sandwiches, hot drinks, and more in our Cafe! The soup of the day is creamy tomato and it's delicious. 

Trails were groomed yesterday morning (1/23) and were lovely skiing yesterday! Today we will recommend that folks stick to our trails in the trees to stay out of the wind. Don't hesitate to ask us for suggestions before you head out! 

We have decided it will be safest to cancel Nordic Nights tonight, 1/24, apologies for any disappointment but we hope to see you at the next one!
